Terms and Conditions.

Glow Massage and Wellness Clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms do not affect consumer statutory rights.  

TREATMENT PRICING

1. Glow Massage and Wellness Clinic reserves the right to amend pricing at any time, based on price increases/decreases set by our suppliers and fluctuations in currency on imported items.

SQUARE

2. A deposit is required to secure your booking. Booking information and payments are processed via our secure booking portal, Square. Your data is stored through Squares data storage, databases and general application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase i.e. pay by credit card, your credit card data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your transaction, after which time, your transaction information is deleted. 

3. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa & MasterCard. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECURITY

4. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

5. All online bookings require a deposit to secure the appointment. The deposit will be taken at the time of booking your appointment. Payments can be made using either a credit or debit card via our secure payment platform. The deposit will be applied to your booking with the balance payable at your appointment.

CANCELLATION, NO-SHOWS & ARRIVING LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

As cancellations and no-shows have significant impact on us, we need to enforce our cancellation policy and trust you understand our need to do so.

6. We all get busy, and we understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation of your appointment may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we require a minimum of forty-eight hours (48) notice for cancellation of appointments. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client in this time. Cancellations must be provided to us via email at hello@glowwellnessclinic.com.au. If the specified notice is not given you will forfeit your deposit. If you simply do not show up or if you cancel your appointment less than three (3) hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the booked appointment.

7. Please note that if you repeatedly cancel appointments (3 or more cancellations recorded), you will be required to pay a fee equivalent to 100% of the booked appointment when you go to reschedule or book your next appointment.

8. Please ensure you are on time for your appointment as a courtesy to the client that follows. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to complete your treatment for you. If your treatment is unable to be completed due to you arriving late, the above cancellation policy will apply and you will be charged.

9. Appointments that are secured by the deposit outlined in clause 5 above and are cancelled in accordance with our minimum cancellation window (See clause 6 above) before the scheduled appointment time are valid for a full deposit refund.

10. If you are paying by gift voucher and give a last minute cancellation (see clause 6 above), half the value of your gift voucher will be forfeited. If you are paying by gift voucher and fail to show up to your appointment or if you cancel less than three (3) hours before your scheduled appointment, 100% of the value of your gift voucher will be forfeited.

GENERAL

11. All prices are in $AUD and include GST of 10%.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

12. We accept refunds and exchanges on all regular items purchased in clinic excluding Gift Vouchers. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your product purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

13. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

14. Sale items and gift vouchers cannot be refunded, or exchanged for treatments, other products or vouchers.

15. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

16. Goods are not sold on a trial basis.

17. We reserve the right to deduct an administration fee on any accepted returns.

18. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (processing times vary depending on banking provider).
 
FAULTY PRODUCT

19. If a product is found to be defective, please notify us within 14 days of your purchase so that we can discuss the fault and arrange a replacement product. The faulty product will need to be returned to us in it’s original packaging before a replacement product can be provided.

PRIVACY POLICY

20. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

21. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that they may continue to sell products to you.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

22. When you book a treatment online, as part of the booking process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

23. When you browse our website, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

24. When you provide us with personal information to make a booking or enquiry, complete a transaction, register, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent at anytime, by contacting hello@glowwellnessclinic.com.au.

DISCLOSURE

25. We may disclose your personal information only if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

GIFT VOUCHERS

26. Glow Massage and Wellness Clinic gift vouchers are valid for use on in clinic products and treatments for a period of twelve (12) months unless otherwise stated on the voucher.

27. Once a voucher has expired it is no longer redeemable.

28. Glow Massage and Wellness Clinic gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or other vouchers.
